What is NPS Calculator?
NPS (National Pension System) is a government-sponsored pension scheme open to all Indian citizens aged 18-70. It offers an additional ₹50,000 tax deduction under Section 80CCD(1B) over and above the ₹1.5L 80C limit. At retirement, 60% of corpus is tax-free lump sum, and 40% must be used to buy an annuity for monthly pension.
